And sure enough, boom. A schizo bullpen and 2 hits from 4th to 9th and it was adios muchachos. I hope whoever manages our mascot shenanigans, beat him with that broom handle after the game…

I don’t know. I look at what Spurrier did before coming to SC and it is hard to even compare the two coaches. I think Dan has a lot of upside if he can get the right players in to our program, but the jury is still out for me. I appreciate our record the last three years, last year’s in particular, but can we get to a SECG under Dan leading our program? That is the real question for me. The idiots at TSUN are now saying we need to keep Dan here as if he is some sort of detriment to our program. Like what’s that supposed to mean? He has kicked them in the mouth the last three years (not including last year’s egg bowl). I think if at the end of the day if Dan can get us to Atlanta, then he will enjoy a long coaching career as the head coach of Miss State football. This year could be the year as we are primed at a number of key positions, especially QB.

Hail State!!!!!!!! Yeah, Go Dawgs!!
