The Mississippi State softball team is aiming to claim the Tucson Regional today

The Mississippi State softball team survived two elimination games yesterday. Today, the Bulldogs have a chance to win the Tucson Regional of the NCAA Tournament. All that the Mississippi State Bulldogs need to do is win two games against the Arizona Wildcats softball team today.

Which, you know, no big deal.

Except, for the minor fact that the Bulldogs can’t afford to lose today. Mississippi State must beat a very tough opponent and the margin for error for the Bulldogs is almost nonexistent. MSU has to win twice against a team that hasn’t had any issues winning in the Tucson Regional of the NCAA Tournament.
