Let’s make some SEC picks! Week 3 is here and it’s time to listen to some of the best and brightest minds make some guesses about sports betting.

Looking for some college football Week 3 winners? Well, look no further! The staff here at Maroon & White Nation has decided to break you off a piece of our expertise on the subject to give you some locks that you can take with you into the weekend.

We will be tracking everyone’s pick records on the season, and it sounds like maybe the winner will get ownership rights to the site URL and the loser has to get a face tattoo of “Maroon is All That Matters”?

Working to confirm those details, but I’ll get back to y’all on that.

Each week, we will pick SEC matchups and a selection of other big games from the weekend slate. Finally, we’ll wrap up with our weekend Best Bets that you will not find ANYWHERE else, I promise you.

Week 3 – SEC Picks

Auburn @ Texas A&M (A&M -7.5, O/U 53)

Evan Ertel:  Auburn’s first three games have not been what I would consider “tests” yet, so I think the Tigers will definitely be sleepwalking in the first half of an 11 AM local kickoff. I think Jimbo Fisher takes advantage to jump out to the patented Aggie Fast Start, and open SEC play 1-0. A&M -7.5

Ryan Strickland:  Really want to pick Hugh Freeze to cover here, but I just do not think Auburn is good enough yet and A&M’s defense will help the Aggies win by 10. A&M -7.5

Ethan Lee:  I just want it to be clear that I’m not a sports betting expert by any means, but I’m also not a believer in this Texas A&M team just yet. Auburn +7.5

Justin Strawn:  If I were actually gambling, I wouldn’t touch this one with a ten-foot pole. A&M -7.5

Andrew Miller:  I don’t feel great either way here, and I do think A&M’s offense will have some success at home. But the A&M defense hasn’t looked good, and Freeze finds a way to score points. Auburn +7.5
