Let’s take a look back at the 10 most popular articles from this year. Maroon and White Nation, and Mississippi State, have both seen plenty of success this season. Let’s take a stroll back through the year.

How’s it going, folks?

It me, Ethan Lee, one of the two site experts here at Maroon and White Nation (MWN). Justin Strawn is my partner in crime here at MWN and we’ve been doing our best to get this site back up and active after it remained dormant for a while. I got the lights back on and the water running here in March and then Justin joined in and brought the air conditioning a few months after.

We’ve had a pretty good year here at Maroon and White Nation in 2018. Sure, the two of us haven’t been here for the full year, but we’ve still had some success here. All of our success is a result of y’all reading and commenting on Facebook and Twitter (and then, you know, the university and athletic department that we write about).

So, thank you for that. Thank you for going through this year with us. We’re incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to write for and engage with y’all. It’s been a fun journey so far and we’re looking forward to having more success in the future.

But, before we get too much into what the future will look like for this site (it’s going to be pretty great, by the way), let’s take a look back at this year for us. We’ve got plenty to go through and relive, so let’s do that.

Justin has done a phenomenal job of highlighting his 15 favorite moments from MSU’s year over the past two weeks and that’s certainly something you should check out as well. Check out all 15 of those here in this sentence by clicking a different word.

But let’s go through some of the most noteworthy moments MSU has had this year by looking at some of our most popular articles.
