Florida and Texas Tech are set to take each other on in the fourth game of the 2018 College World Series
The Florida Gators and the Texas Tech Red Raiders have made it back to the College World Series. A season ago, Florida won it all in Omaha, taking home a College World Series championship series by beating the LSU Tigers. Texas Tech has now been in Omaha three times in the past five years and is looking to keep winning.
These two teams help define what it means to be good in college baseball in recent years. Their success is rivaled by few other teams in the nation and they’re aiming to prove that they can continue being the best.
Texas Tech and Florida are in a pretty difficult bracket. Not that anything in the College World Series is easy for anyone at this point. Still, their side of Omaha includes Texas and Arkansas. And the winner of this game will get the winner of that matchup.
