Get ready to watch the Mississippi State baseball team battle Vanderbilt one more time this season

The Mississippi State baseball team needs one more win to get to Omaha. There’s only one thing standing in the Bulldogs’ way. That’s the Vanderbilt Commodores. And after last night, all Vandy needs is one more win to get to the 2018 College World Series too.

Vanderbilt beat the Mississippi State baseball team in heartbreaking fashion. Now, the Bulldogs are going to have to regain composure and try to get one more win. Mississippi State is familiar with being in position to be eliminated.

But the Bulldogs can also eliminate the Vanderbilt Commodores. Here’s to hoping that that’s exactly what happens when the two teams meet tonight.

The Mississippi State baseball team has to play up to its full potential if the Bulldogs want to get to Omaha. Vanderbilt isn’t easily beaten, especially in Nashville. Last night, Mississippi State found that out the hard way. The Bulldogs pitched the entire game well, but simply couldn’t keep up at the plate.

The Bulldogs have accomplished a ton this season. They have much to be proud of with how far that they’ve come. Mississippi State also has a great opportunity to continue proving people wrong.
