The undefeated No. 4 Mississippi State basketball team is up in Eugene, Oregon to face the No. 7 Oregon Ducks.

Vic Schaefer’s undefeated No. 4 Mississippi State basketball team is set to take on another top 10 opponent tonight. The Bulldogs are out on the west coast set to play the No. 7 Oregon Ducks as part of a three game trip away from MSU’s home court back in Starkville, Mississippi.

The Mississippi State basketball team won their first game on this trip down in Hattiesburg, Mississippi when the Bulldogs throttled to Southern Miss Golden Eagles 86-42. Tonight, MSU will face a much tougher task in the Oregon Ducks. This evening, the Bulldogs will play a team that is very similar to themselves.

Mississippi State is going to face a team that scores 92.4 points per game. Similarly, the Bulldogs score 92.3 points per game. Oregon so far this year is holding teams to 62.6 points per game. MSU is keeping its foes to just 50.3 points per game. The Ducks are scoring 21.2 points per game off of turnovers. The Bulldogs get 29.1 points per game from turnovers.
