Now, the Tennessee Volunteers and their first year head coach are visiting the Tigers. The Vols are on a two game losing streak, but they have to be hopeful of their chances to compete against a struggling Auburn offense.

How To Keep Up With The Game

Why does this matter for Mississippi State football fans?

If the Bulldogs want their win over the then 8th ranked team in the country to continue to mean something down the stretch of this season, then MSU fans should hope that the Auburn Tigers get back to their winning ways.

The Tigers have talent, but there’s plenty of questions about how ineffective their offense has been this year.

Malzahn can’t for Auburn to lose a game like this and Joe Moorhead should want a team that he throttled to win. The more wins that Auburn gets, the better the Bulldogs’ résumé looks at the end of the season.
