Will Nick Fitzgerald Be Fully Healthy Before The Stephen F. Austin Game?

Mississippi State’s Nick Fitzgerald is a bit dinged up from last year’s Egg Bowl. Mostly because that’s what happens when your ankle is seemingly aimed at in a tackle by your rival. And the injury appeared to be pretty horrible.

The Bulldogs are going to need Fitz if Mississippi State is to have the sort of season that it is aiming for in 2018. If MSU wants to make a run at things and take down the best in the SEC, then it will need its star quarterback to be fully healthy this season.

So, how soon will Fitzgerald be fully healthy? Is he going to be ready in time to start in the season opener this year?

If that video from back in March is any indication, then he should be back for this year. Hopefully for the Bulldogs, that’s the case.
