Josh Boyd has had a solid career with the Green Bay Packers. He hasn’t stood out as a star, but he has done what has been asked of him.
The former 5th round pick is entering his 3rd season in the NFL, and has solidified his role as a backup defensive end on one of the best teams in the NFC.
Boyd only played in about half the games for the Packers during his rookie season. He saw more playing time last season as a second year player.
For Boyd’s career to be a success, he simply needs to keep contributing when called upon, and when the opportunities present themselves, capitalize on any chances to stand out above the crowd.
