Matt Wells will be playing in his rookie season in 2015
Matt Wells made a name for himself in Starkville. That name would be “the cheetah”.
Wells was one of the most athletic players on the field for the Bulldogs. His combination of athleticism and playmaking ability made him an easy choice in the 6th round for the New England Patriots.
Wells will be making his debut to the NFL in 2015. He is hoping to show the same instincts in college on the pro level.
Wells is one of three Bulldogs to be on a roster for the Patriots. The Patriots have more Bulldogs on their roster than any other team in the NFL.
