Mississippi State Baseball Forecast: Senior Weekend
Finally, the last home baseball series of the year. As we wind down the baseball season, Bulldog minds start looking towards Hoover and the SEC Tournament, and for good reason as the Bulldogs are on the edge of not making the Tournament. Currently, the Bulldogs occupy the 12-seed slot, which is the final slot in the tournament. Right with them are Tennessee and Georgia. If the Bulldogs fail to win series from here on out, we may miss out on Hoover.

With this series being nationally televised on ESPNU and ESPN2 this weekend, I fully expect us to have crystal clear skies every single game. That means a beautiful setting for baseball. Too bad the stadium will be mostly empty due to the fanbase losing confidence quickly. If the team could pull off the miracle of beating the number one team in the country, we might just have a chance to make Hoover after all.
