MSU special teams vs. LSU Tigers: B+

Special teams wasn’t really an issue at all. The Bulldogs had no real significant issue here when facing off against the Tigers.

So that’s good, I guess.

Miss. State got a ton of experience punting the ball Saturday afternoon. In each of Mississippi State’s first five drives, the Bulldogs ended up punting the ball away to the Tigers (and that’s partially why the offense got an F this week).

There was nothing extraordinarily great about special teams, but there also wasn’t anything dreadful about it this week. It’s a B+.

It’s never a great thing when special teams is your team’s bright spot in any given week, but that was the case as the Bulldogs faced off against the Tigers.

Now onto something that needs to be addressed…
