Let’s get into the Starkville weather forecast for the Bulldogs’ game against the Tigers:

2023 Mississippi State football vs. LSU Tigers: Starkville weather forecast

As I note each and every week, I’m not a meteorologist. There are some great and brilliant graduates of Mississippi State University who have gone on to be brilliant and great meteorologists.

That’s not me.

I, on the other hand, am fully capable of going out and reading weather.com. And according to this weekend’s forecast over on that wonderful website, Saturday has a high of 86 degrees and a low of 61 degrees.

It’ll be nice and partly cloudy throughout the day. Just a beautiful day for some Mississippi State football.

If you’re planning on doing some early morning tailgating prior to kickoff, you’ll find that it will be nice and comfortable outside. The temps will be sitting around 68 degrees around 8 a.m. and then creep on into the mid 70s by 10 a.m. Around kickoff time, there’s a slight breeze and it’ll be around 80 degrees and it’s going to be absolutely great.

If you’re sticking around in Starkville after the game, things should be nice and cozy all throughout the day. Just, you know, stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Enjoy the weekend. And maybe we’ll get to see a beautiful upset.
