Bowlin Green comes into today’s game with momentum.

The Bowling Green Falcons are coming off a huge win vs. the Marshall Thundering Herd, 34-31, in an overtime victory. What made this win a huge win? Marshall had defeated the Notre Dame Fighting Irish just a week before. The Bowling Green Falcons are coming to Starkville with a bit of momentum on their side after defeating the Thundering Herd just last weekend, but they received news today that might have hurt some of that momentum. On Friday, it was announced that the Bowling Green head football coach, Scot Loeffler would not be making the trip with the team.

Mississippi State looks to win big today

The 2022 Mississippi State football team went on the road to Baton Rouge, Louisiana last week and lost, 31-16. This looked like a game the Bulldogs could win, but they fell short in the second half. Many had marked last week’s game as a win before the season kicked off, but with that loss, the Bulldogs look to bounce back today and put 40+ points on the board.
