Ben Howland and Mississippi State basketball are on the road to meet the South Carolina Gamecocks. We’re eight days into the new year and the Bulldogs will take the court tonight for the first time this year.

It’s officially gameday for the men’s Mississippi State basketball team! Ben Howland and the Bulldogs are getting the SEC schedule started up on the road against South Carolina. To help get ready for the game, here’s some news and notes and music and even a way for you to make a difference and the world a little better.

Get ready for tonight, folks, and make sure that you enjoy your lunch. Here’s some links to help you do just that.

Let’s do some good:

Sarah Barnes’s Medical Expenses – There’s a Mississippi State fan in need. We have a way that we can help. Check out their GoFundMe here and please donate if you’re available to. If you aren’t able, then consider sharing it! Let’s help out some members of the Mississippi State family.

In case you missed it from Maroon and White Nation:

Oh, hey, Alabama got demolished by Clemson last night:

Here, enjoy a song:

This is hardly a college football song, it’s really just a break up song. But the 2018-2019 college football season has come to a close and that kinda feels like a break up at the moment. The season wasn’t great for the Bulldogs by any means, but it was hardly the worst one in recent history.

But now, college football is gone. We’re onto basketball (both men’s and women’s) and then soon baseball and softball will get going. We can officially move on from watching football and transition right on over into something new and more exciting for us.
