How have the Florida Gators played so far?

The Florida Gators are coming into this game as an unranked team with a 3-1 record on the season and a 1-1 record against Southeastern Conference opponents. This is just Florida’s second road trip of the season.

For the most part, the first month of the 2018 college football season hasn’t been a bad one for Florida. The Gators have done well up to this point.

To start the season, Florida defeated Charleston Southern by a score of 53-6. The Gators were clicking on all cylinders and performed well in their win. Game two ended a historic winning streak for Florida as Mullen and the Gators fell to Kentucky 16-27. In its third game, Florida came out and crushed Colorado State 48-10. And then last week, Florida won 47-21 over Tennessee.

And now the Gators are coming to Starkville.
