Mississippi State Finding A Way To Sweep Arkansas And Florida Was As Impressive As The Run To The College World Series

Florida and Arkansas are two teams that made it into the College World Series. Throughout the bulk of the 2018 college baseball season, the Gators and Razorbacks were by far two of the best teams in the nation.

They are also two of the teams that Mississippi State swept this year.

The Bulldogs took six games from two of the very best teams in the nation. Arkansas is now competing for a national title and Mississippi State swept them. The Florida Gators made it to the same point that the Mississippi State Bulldogs did at the end of the season and MSU swept them earlier on.

That’s six wins over teams that were in Omaha. That’s three wins over a team competing for a national title. Those aren’t six wins that should be taken for granted or looked at lightly. Those are six wins that should be thoroughly enjoyed from this season and thoroughly respected from this year.
