Speaking Of Gerri Green And Nick Fitzgerald, It’s Great To See Them As Team Captains For Mississippi State Football

Mississippi State football has several senior leaders on its team. And after the annual Maroon and White game, two of them were selected by their teammates to be team captains for this season.

Those two would be Nick Fitzgerald and Gerri Green, the two players previously mentioned.

Fitzgerald and Green have been with the Bulldogs for years and have seen both the highs and lows while within the program. They are also two highly productive players and are poised to have a solid final run with MSU.

This is an incredibly natural fit for captains given how much Fitzgerald and Green have grown and how their individual growth has helped Mississippi State football move forward.
