Mississippi State softball is still aiming to go places this season. And, in theory, the Bulldogs can certainly do just that. Mississippi State needs to learn how to win big games against top tier opponents in the Southeastern Conference first.

However, before MSU can even do that, the Bulldogs have to win tonight. Vann Stuedeman has had her team winning against inferior opponents all season without any sort of issue. The Bulldogs can certainly win again tonight.

Then, after this game, Mississippi State still has a few more SEC games up ahead of them. The Bulldogs will play at South Carolina this weekend and then return back home to take on the Tennessee Lady Vols to wrap up the regular season.
