Elgton Jenkins Should Stay at Center But MSU Can Use His Versatility to Play Another Position

In theory, Joe Moorhead could move Elgton Jenkins around on the offensive line. Jenkins has experience playing just about everywhere on the offensive front. But, it wouldn’t make much sense for MSU to move their senior starting center around.

The 6-4, 315 pound interior lineman has developed into one of the better linemen in the Southeastern Conference in 2018. Jenkins has played in over 30 games in his career and has started over 20 of them.

Jenkins will help lead one of the most complete offensive lines in the SEC. His opportunity to spearhead a group that returns 4 starters from last season will give Mississippi State a formidable front.
