The fourth-year Murray State head coach has become synonymous with success in the Racers program, as his team has finished first in their division every year under his tenure. With a record of 103-28 (.786), and a high season of 31-2 which saw the Racers make the NCAA Round of 32 after winning the Ohio Valley Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championship.

Before being named head coach of the Racers, Prohm was an assistant for the Murray State program. The 40-year old can provide a spark that the Bulldogs need to energize the program and fanbase. Something that has been lacking the last few years in the Hump.
