11. Georgia
It wasn’t the best of years on the gridiron. They ended 8-5 in the Gator Bowl, but that’s just not a great season at UGA. Aaron Murray broke a bunch of records but that was about it.
In basketball, Georgia showed a bunch of improvement and finished 3rd in the SEC regular season. They weren’t able to turn that into a trip to the big dance but they did end up in the NIT.
Baseball wasn’t the best year under first year head coach Scott Stricklin. No Regional after just barely making it to Hoover as the 12 seed.
