Mississippi State football: 2024 transfer portal tracker

As Jeff Lebby assembles his first Mississippi State football recruiting class, a number of players are set to arrive in Starkville from the transfer portal. And of course, some are on their way out as well. Let's track all of that.

Of course, as is natural with the transfer portal, the Bulldogs are seeing several guys enter with the intent of leaving and finding a new place to play. Some may not have found their next destination just yet (and there are some that might return to the Mississippi State football team to play for Jeff Lebby).

So, here are the former Bulldogs that are currently still in the transfer portal, according to 247 Sports:

Jo'Quavious Marks, RB
DeCarlos Nicholson, CB
Carson Allen, K
Will James, S
Nakai Poole, WR
Jacoby Bellazar, WR
Simeon Price, RB

Former Mississippi State Bulldogs that have found a new team through the transfer portal

And now it's time to start going through the list of now former Mississippi State Bulldogs who will certainly be playing somewhere outside of Starkville once the 2024 college football season begins.

These are the guys who have found a new place to play:

Decamerion Richardson, CB - Ole Miss Rebels
Zavion Thomas, WR - LSU Tigers
Steven Losoya, IOL - Vanderbilt Commodores
Ryland Goede, TE - Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets
Will Rogers, QB - Washington Huskies

But, while these folks are headed out of Starkville, there are a number of players making the move to play for Jeff Lebby and the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
