Mississippi State Football: Predictions of all 12 games in the 2023 season

The Mississippi State Football team will take on another exciting season this fall.
The Mississippi State Bulldogs have a first-year head coach in Zach Arnett after the sudden passing of Mike Leach.
Many Bulldog fans believe Zach Arnett can continue Mike Leach’s momentum and get the job done for the Bulldogs in year one.
What does the job look like? Well, let’s take a look at where Maroon and White Nation have the Bulldogs finishing after all 12 games.
September 2: Southeastern Louisiana at Mississippi State Football – W
I like the Bulldogs to win big, 52-6.
September 9: Arizona at Mississippi State – W
I like the Bulldogs to win comfortably, 35-17.
September 16: LSU at Mississippi State – W
Give me Mississippi State to win, 27-21.
September 23: Mississippi State at South Carolina – L
I don’t expect Shane Beamer’s momentum to die out. Gamecocks win, 30-24.
September 30: Alabama at Mississippi State – L
Alabama wins, 35-27.
October 7: Western Michigan at Mississippi State – W
Mississippi State gets back on track after losing two straight. 42-17, Bulldogs.
October 21: Mississippi State Football at Arkansas – W
Give me the Bulldogs to win 34-24.
October 28: Mississippi State at Auburn – L
Auburn wins, 28-17.
November 4: Kentucky at Mississippi State – W
The home team wins again, 30-23.
November 11: Mississippi State at Texas A&M – W
The Bulldogs win a big game on the road, 27-24.
November 18: Southern Miss at Mississippi State – W
Mississippi State Football wins, 41-27.
November 23: Ole Miss at Mississippi State – W
I like the Mississippi State Bulldogs to win a bit more handily than last year, 30-14.
After all is said and done, I have the 2023 Mississippi State Football team going 9-3 in the regular season.
I do not see 9-3 as unreachable. I think the Mississippi State Bulldogs could truly win 9 games this year and see themselves in a really good bowl game at the end of the season.
Or let’s say one of those L’s goes the other way… Well, then you might be looking at a way to win the SEC West. Someone, please tell me to put the maroon Kool-Aid down.
