The Mississippi State Bulldogs basketball team takes on the South Carolina Gamecocks tonight.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs will take on SEC opponent, the South Carolina Gamecocks, tonight at the Humphrey Coliseum. Tonight’s game is a big one. The Bulldogs have a great shot at making the NCAA basketball tournament this season (see heading 3). Chris Jans has come in as the first-year head coach of the Mississippi State basketball team and has already made a massive difference if you have watched this 2022-2023 Mississippi State basketball team, you know just how different they look compared to the last five years.

There’s a lot that could happen over the next couple of weeks with Bulldog basketball, but I expect to see the Mississippi State Bulldogs in the Big Dance this year. If you are not bought into Mississippi State basketball, it is time.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs baseball team takes on the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles tonight.

The Mississippi State baseball team will face off against its in-state rival, the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles, tonight at Trustmark Park in Pearl, Mississippi. The Southern Miss Golden Eagles have had an excellent college baseball program over the last decade, and Tuesday night’s matchup will not be an easy one for the Bulldogs.

The Mississippi State basketball team could “secure” a spot in the NCAA basketball tournament.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs only have two more basketball games left on the regular season schedule, and those games will take place this week. The Bulldogs face off against the South Carolina Gamecocks tonight at the Humphrey Coliseum. This game is huge because, after Saturday’s win vs. a Quad 1 opponent (Texas A&M), the Bulldogs have a really great shot at making the NCAA Tournament. A win vs. the South Carolina Gamecocks would almost certainly place them in the Big Dance.
