The Mississippi State basketball team is back on the road to take on the Missouri Tigers in an SEC basketball matchup. Today’s basketball game will tip off at 6:00 p.m. CT/7:00 p.m. ET. The Bulldogs look to continue their momentum after defeating the Ole Miss Rebels in overtime on Saturday. The matchup between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Missouri Tigers will be played at the Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs look to win their seventh SEC basketball game of the season by continuing their momentum after defeating TCU, South Carolina, Missouri, LSU, Arkansas, and Ole Miss. In the six SEC games the Bulldogs won, and in the upset over No. 11 TCU, the Bulldogs played outstanding defense. They look to do the same today on the road vs. the Missouri Tigers.

The Missouri Tigers are coming off a tough loss vs. the Texas A&M Aggies, 69-60. The Tigers and Mississippi State are side by side when it comes to records and getting into the NCAA tournament. Both teams need this win tonight.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are 18-9 entering today’s SEC basketball matchup. The Bulldogs finished non-conference play with only one loss on the season. Mississippi State’s eight losses are against the Drake Bulldogs, the Alabama Crimson Tide (twice), the Tennessee Volunteers (twice), the Georgia Bulldogs, the Auburn Tigers, the Florida Gators, and the Kentucky Wildcats.
