The Mississippi State basketball team is back on the road to take on SEC West foe, the Alabama Crimson Tide. Today’s basketball game will tip off at 8:00 p.m. CT/9:00 p.m. ET. The Bulldogs look to get back on track tonight and pull off an upset vs. the No. 2 team in the nation. The matchup between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Alabama Crimson Tide will be played at the Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Mississippi State basketball has been on the struggle bus recently.
The Mississippi State basketball team started with one of its best seasons in school history, but the Bulldogs have now lost the last seven of eight games. The Bulldogs need a win, but this week might be difficult to return to the win column as they face off against the No. 2 in the nation tonight and No. 11 in the nation (TCU Horned Frogs) on Saturday.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are 12-7 entering today’s SEC basketball matchup. The Bulldogs finished non-conference play with only one loss on the season. Mississippi State’s seven losses are against the Drake Bulldogs, the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Tennessee Volunteers (twice), the Georgia Bulldogs, the Auburn Tigers, and the Florida Gators.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are 17-2.
The Alabama Crimson Tide are coming off, once again, a huge win vs. the Missouri Tigers, 85-64. The Alabama basketball team is currently one of the hottest teams in the nation. The Tide have two losses on the season vs. Connecticut and Gonzaga.
