The Mississippi State basketball team is back at home to take on SEC foe, the Florida Gators. Today’s basketball game will tip off at 7:30 p.m. CT/8:30 p.m. ET. The Bulldogs look to get back on track tonight and pull out a win versus a team they know they can beat. The matchup between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Florida Gators will be played at the Humphrey Coliseum in Starkville, Mississippi.
The Mississippi State Bulldogs are 12-6 entering today’s SEC basketball matchup. The Bulldogs finished non-conference play with only one loss on the season. Mississippi State’s six losses are against the Drake Bulldogs, the Alabama Crimson Tide, the Tennessee Volunteers (twice), the Georgia Bulldogs, and the Auburn Tigers.
The Florida Gators are coming off a tough loss to the Texas A&M Aggies by 2 points, 54-52. The Gators need tonight’s win as much as the Mississippi State Bulldogs need it.
