The Mississippi State Bulldogs are back at Davis Wade Stadium this weekend to face off against the Texas A&M Aggies. The Mississippi State football team handled business last week vs. the Bowling Green Falcons, as they should have. The Bulldogs defeated the Falcons 45-14. Now, their attention turns toward the Aggies.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are back home this Saturday morning. The Mississippi State football team hosts the Texas A&M Aggies this Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. CT. Mississippi State is currently a -3.5 point favorite according to Fanduel.com. This will be the 16th meeting between the Bulldogs and the Aggies. Last year, when the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Texas A&M Aggies faced off, the Bulldogs came out on top 26-22 in College Station. This year’s game will be played at Davis Wade Stadium in Starkville, Mississippi.

The Texas A&M Aggies are 3-1 with the one loss against the Appalachian State Mountaineers in week two of college football. Last week, the Aggies found a win vs. Arkansas in an extremely close game, 23-21. Texas A&M defeated the Miami Hurricanes in the third week of college football, but that win does not look quite as good as they thought after the Hurricanes lost to the Middle Tennesse Blue Raiders this past week. The Aggies have not seemed to click on all cylinders on the offensive side of the ball, but the defense looks much different. The A&M defense has looked solid all season long, and the Mississippi State offensive line will be put to the test on Saturday. Mississippi State football needs to carry the offensive momentum into Saturday’s game and find their first SEC win vs. the Aggies.

In this week’s episode of ‘Cowbell Off Campus,’ Landon Young and Addison Thigpen discuss what Mississippi State has to do to leave Saturday’s game with a victory. They finish the podcast by answering the questions that you sent in via Twitter.
