The Mississippi State baseball team need to rally after losing the first game against Southern Miss, but they were able to do so Saturday and Sunday.

The Mississippi State baseball team dropped the first game of the series. But on Saturday and Sunday, the Bulldogs proved to be too much for Southern Miss to handle, and the Bulldogs walked away with a series win.

Host Justin Strawn breaks down the series between the Mississippi State baseball team and the Southern Miss Golden Eagles. He explains why this could be a big series win for the Bulldogs come NCAA Tournament Selection time.
