The Mississippi State basketball team is in desperation mode as the team welcomes the Alabama Crimson Tide to Starkville.

When the Mississippi State basketball season began, most people assumed it wouldn’t be much of an issue for the Bulldogs to break their NCAA Tournament drought. But ten games in to the SEC schedule, the Bulldogs are 4-6 and searching for answers.

In an effort to make sure the Mississippi State basketball team stays on the right side of the NCAA Tournament Bubble, the Bulldogs will need a win on Tuesday against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Alabama won the first meeting between the basketball teams earlier this year in Tuscaloosa by a score of 83-79.

So what will the Mississippi State basketball team need to do differently if they want to get the win over the Crimson Tide? In his debut on the Maroon and White Audible, host and Maroon and White Nation Co-Site Expert Justin Strawn breaks down the things the Bulldogs will have to do differently if MSU is going to come out on the right side of the outcome Tuesday night.
