Mississippi State baseball ranked 14th in D1 Baseball Preseason Poll
After finishing the 2018 season tied for third at the College World Series, the Mississippi State baseball team is ranked 14th by D1baseball.com.
The 2018 Mississippi State baseball season was one of the biggest roller coaster rides we have experienced as Bulldog fans. The team went from being swept by Southern Miss in the opening series and having their head coach fired due to off filed issues all the way to finishing in a tie for third place at the College World Series.
The run to Omaha by the Mississippi State baseball team was exciting not only for last year, but also the 2019 season. Most of the starting lineup from the CWS team is returning, as well as a significant portion of the pitching staff.
