Eighteen Questions For Mississippi State Football In 2018

Before the 2018 Mississippi State football season began, there were plenty of questions about the Bulldogs. MSU was breaking in a new head coach, the Bulldogs’ quarterback was returning from a gruesome injury, and there was minimal carryover from the last coaching staff to this one.

Even though there was a ton of talent stockpiled on the roster, especially so on the defensive side of things, there were still questions that remained.

So, before the season began, I asked some of those questions.

“Can the Mississippi State football team avoid stumbling on the road against Kansas State?” Yes, yes they did. “How much will Mississippi State rely on its running game to have success offensively this year?” Quite a bit, but Joe Moorhead did work to improve the Bulldogs’ passing game.
