What does MSU’s class look like prior to the early signing period starting?
There’s going to be some significant changes that happen today, but the Bulldogs currently have a pretty solid recruiting class that seems to be coming to Starkville at the moment. Right now, the Mississippi State football team, according to 247Sports, has the 7th best class in the SEC and then the 17th best class in the country.
Go ahead and expect that to change today.
Here’s what MSU’s class looks like right now. As Joe Moorhead and his coaching staff start collecting national letters of intent today, we will update this list and subsequently this article as well.
This is a huge day for Joe Moorhead and his staff. This is really the first full recruiting cycle that he’s gotten the chance to do with the Mississippi State football team. Last year around this time, Moorhead was picking up the pieces and assembling a coaching staff after Dan Mullen left town.
This go round, the Bulldogs are trying to build momentum off of another eight win season and elevate their reputation nationally. The Mississippi State football program is still working to garner attention and make its ascent up the SEC. A big day today would help with that goal.
As everything goes through, we will update you here. Check back periodically throughout the day as more commits come in and we will subsequently have more information for you.
