Keep an eye on these three storylines as the Mississippi State football team takes on the LSU Tigers down in Baton Rouge.

Tonight, the Mississippi State football team will be playing down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Bulldogs will face a ridiculously tough task as they are trying to beat the LSU Tigers in Death Valley. Mississippi State is going to have to play great football to be able to do that.

This is the Mississippi State football team’s toughest test to date. MSU has done a pretty good job through most of the year, but the Bulldogs had a hard time against Kentucky and Florida earlier this season. After starting the season 3-0 and gaining plenty of attention and hype, the Bulldogs dropped two consecutive games that they could have won.

MSU got back on track a bit against Auburn, but Auburn has since proven to be completely inept. While the Auburn Tigers are well, not good, the LSU Tigers are in fact very good.

LSU is fresh off of a game in which the Tigers demolished the No. 2 team in the country. The Tigers will be facing No. 1 Alabama next week. MSU’s best hope in this game is for the Bulldogs to catch LSU off guard and looking ahead to their game next week.

There’s several key storylines to keep in mind with this game. Here’s three that you’ll need to keep an eye on today.
