On the other hand, Nick Fitzgerald hasn’t found any sort of success through the air.

While Nick Fitzgerald has been great on the ground, he’s been a nightmare through the air. And that’s not a nightmare for LSU fans. Fitzgerald has been a nightmare for Mississippi State football fans. The Tigers have picked Fitzgerald off twice and neither throw was really all that good.

As was previously mentioned, Nick Fitzgerald has only completed 3 passes after 9 attempts. From those 3 completions, MSU has only been able to gain 14 yards. MSU has been bad through the entire year when it comes to throwing the ball. In the first half, MSU was absolutely abysmal.
