Prediction for the game

The Mississippi State football team absolutely needs to win this game. When the Bulldogs fell against the Kentucky Wildcats, it more or less threw everything about the coaching staff and the 2018 season as a whole into question.

Is Joe Moorhead as great as many think he can be? Why has this team committed so many penalties this season? Will the Bulldogs really be able to make a run this year. All of those questions, and the failures last week, have made this game into one that the Mississippi State Bulldogs can’t afford to lose.

MSU must beat Florida.

Thankfully, there’s a great chance that MSU does bounce back in this game. Florida, though they competed slightly better against Kentucky, hasn’t appeared to be that much of a threat. The Bulldogs are returning to Davis Wade Stadium and the entire atmosphere around this game should be a rather intense one.

If the Mississippi State football team can keep its emotions in check, the Bulldogs can get a solid win against Mullen and the Gators. I’m going out on a limb and guessing that MSU will do just that. I’ve got the Bulldogs winning 35-17.
