Johnathan Abram

Johnathan Abram was all over the field for the Mississippi State football team on Saturday afternoon in an attempt to keep the Kansas State Wildcats in check. And he certainly did just that throughout the bulk of the game.

Abram did get hit with a targeting penalty in the second half, but he racked up a team leading 8 tackles and looked incredibly physical in the process. The Mississippi State Bulldogs need a physical presence in the defensive backfield. It looks like Abram can provide that.

Here’s to hoping that there’s no more ejections due to targeting in the future, however. We need Abram on the field.
