Five thoughts on Mississippi State football vs Kansas State 2018
By Ethan Lee
Kansas State’s offensive line is very good. Mississippi State’s defensive line is even better. And that should terrify opposing offenses
Coming into this season, the Kansas State offensive line was regarded as a very reliable one that should keep its quarterbacks upright. It returned all of its starters for 2018 and looked like it could be a problem for MSU.
For a little while, that was true.
But Mississippi State’s defensive front continued to wear down the Kansas State offensive line and eventually disrupted the entirety of the Wildcats’ offense. MSU had four sacks throughout the game and had 8 tackles for loss.
The Bulldogs looked good up front and will likely get better throughout the season.
