Mississippi State football starts 2018 season with dominant win

What’s next for Mississippi State?

Well, Nick Fitzgerald is officially back! That’s the first thing that is next for MSU. But, looking ahead, the Mississippi State football team will move on up to Manhattan, Kansas next week for a game against the Kansas State Wildcats.

And as impressive as Mississippi State looked against a team from the FCS, Kansas State looked equally inept. Against the South Dakota Coyotes, the Wildcats absolutely struggled and almost lost last night.

Kansas State escaped their season opener with a 27-24 victory.

The Bulldogs are getting their starting quarterback back, are fresh off of a victory in which they dominated entirely, and are now about to take a road trip to a difficult place to play where they will face off against a team that struggled.
