The Mississippi State football team has some beautiful, new facilities for this upcoming season

The 2018 Mississippi State football season will feature some new facilities for the Bulldogs. In 2018, MSU has a brand new locker room for the Bulldogs to use. And man, are they rather impressive.

We actually discussed the possible renovations that they’d be doing a little while ago. I had three absurd questions about the new Mississippi State football facilities roughly three months ago. And now, there’s some brand new locker rooms for MSU to use this year.

From Mississippi State’s press release when the renovations were announced:

"The 11,100 square-foot locker room will include custom-built player lockers, separate coaches and staff locker rooms, an expansive athletic training room as well as an equipment room. The players locker room will feature high-gloss metal panel ceiling, color-changing LED linear lighting, internally lit ceiling logos and a state-of-the-art sound system."

And, if you check out tweets with pictures about it, it looks like that’s exactly what MSU has established and installed within the brand new locker rooms. They’re rather impressive, all things considered.

The Mississippi State football team will have some rather great facilities in 2018. It wasn’t that long ago that Davis Wade Stadium was expanded and renovated and a move like this continues to elevate MSU as a program.

dark. Next. Three absurd questions about MSU's locker rooms

Continuing to give Mississippi State student-athletes some of the best facilities in college athletics will keep the Bulldogs competitive for years to come and give MSU a recruiting advantage against similar schools pursuing some of the same athletes. Any and every possible advantage that Joe Moorhead and his staff can get moving forward is a good thing and will allow for them to continue to elevate the program.
