This could potentially impact the Mississippi State football team’s game against Kansas State

I am admittedly slightly more concerned about the second game of the 2018 Mississippi State football schedule. Keytaon Thompson has been practicing with the first team. Nick Fitzgerald has not.

That could matter quite a bit for week two.

MSU will have to find a way to keep Nick Fitzgerald from being too rusty going into Manhattan, Kansas. Getting him back up to speed, after the injury and everything, could be an interesting process for this coaching staff.
