It’s odd to see this suspension be announced so far removed from when the actual event happened

I don’t know what happened. I have no clue right now. I’ve asked around a bit, but I truly do not know the reason why Nick Fitzgerald was suspended. Judging by how several folks have reacted on twitter, this thing has seemingly come out of nowhere.

But the event happened back in March. It’s weird to me that this suspension is just now being announced. do think that it’s possible that it took Joe Moorhead and his coaching staff some time to get all of the relevant information and decide on what the punishment should be and how long the suspension should be.

It’s possible that it took several months for everything to get situated. It’s just odd.
