It’s time to get ready for the 2018 Mississippi State football fan day!

Football season is truly, honestly close! As such, the Saturday before Mississippi State football kicks off in 2018, fan day happens.

What is Mississippi State football’s fan day?

Well, it’s a great opportunity to come on out and meet the Mississippi State Bulldogs. You get the chance to meet the coaches and players of the team that you faithfully support, assuming that you’re a fan of the Mississippi State football team, that is.

This is your moment to greet the players before the season starts, get their autographs, and get to see a portion of their training facilities in the process.

One week before the upcoming college football season starts, this Saturday, August 25th at 2:30 pm central time, you’ll be able to stroll right into the Palmeiro Center and meet the 2018 edition of the Mississippi State football team.

Different stations will be set up for each position group as you walk around and meet the team and the coaching staff. Several stations will be set up for activities aimed at keeping younger members of the family engaged and entertained.

From Mississippi State’s official release on the 2018 Mississippi State football fan day:

"Other attractions include a Kids’ Zone with inflatable games, appearances by Bully, Jak, the cross country team, MSU cheerleaders and dance team. There will be free drinks for fans. Barnes & Noble will be set up inside the Palmeiro Center.Fans interested in touring the new atrium of the Templeton Athletic Academic Center can do so between 3-5 p.m."

The Mississippi State football team is poised for a chance to go obtain greatness this year. The Bulldogs are looking at possibly having one of their best seasons ever. Assuming things go according to plan, this team could make plenty of noise in the SEC this year.
