The Mississippi State football team and the marketing team are once again asking people to dress in certain colors.

It’s getting closer to the 2018 Mississippi State football season, and some of you might have already started planning what you will wear to the game. If so, we decided to help you out.

The athletic department, as they have done every year recently, has put out a schedule of what they want fans to wear to the game. You can find that schedule by simply clicking here.

Now, if you are of the opinion that “I WILL WEAR WHAT I WANT TO WEAR AND I WANT TO SEE SOMEONE TRY TO STOP ME,” then this post is not for you. But if you want to try to be a team player and help the school achieve its goal of making the crowd really stand out on a television audience, then please continue reading.

Yes, I could just simply list the games and what to wear, but that wouldn’t allow me to make any witty remarks on each game. It also wouldn’t let me give my personal opinion on whether or not the school made the right choice when selecting the color scheme for each game. So I’m going to do that because I enjoy it.

There is one spoiler I want to give though. NO BLACKOUT DATES THIS YEAR! We don’t have to listen to people complain and gripe about black not being a school color. I always liked the blackout games, but hated the incessant complaining accompanying them.
