Mississippi State Football vs Florida

The Mississippi State football team will be welcoming back a familiar face to Starkville. Well, rather, there’s going to be several familiar faces on the opposing sidelines during MSU’s game on September 29th.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs will be battling the Florida Gators on September 29th. Dan Mullen is coming back to town and many of the assistant coaches that left Starkville to follow him down to Gainesville will be with a completely different team.

The Florida Gators are coming off of a 4 win season, but that doesn’t mean that this game is a complete cakewalk. Florida still has some talent, even if its offense has been a mess for years. Still, the Bulldogs should be able to win this game and possibly win it big, if their emotions don’t take control of them this year.

ESPN’s Football Power Index gives Mississippi State a 66.3 percent chance of winning this game.
