The Dan Mullen era of Mississippi State football was a bright one. There were frustrating moments throughout, sure, but it was one of the best that the Bulldogs have ever experienced throughout the entire program’s history.
Dan Mullen left the Bulldogs this past November and it’s been months since there has truly been anything worth talking about regarding Mullen and his time with the Mississippi State Bulldogs. He has moved on and MSU has as well.
Now, Joe Moorhead is set to lead MSU into the future as Mullen left to join Scott Stricklin down in Gainesville, Florida.
But, Mullen doesn’t leave the Bulldogs in a bad place.
Mississippi State is in as good of shape as it can possibly be in with the roster that is in place and with Joe Moorhead coming to town. Mullen built the Bulldogs into a contender.
Along the way to getting to this point, there were plenty of great moments and huge wins.
