Mississippi State Football Should Continue To Recruit At A High Level This Year
Joe Moorhead’s recruiting is already exciting fans and it doesn’t look like that’s going to stop any time soon. Mississippi State football’s last coaching staff was certainly known for developing players, but it wasn’t known for being able to consistently outrecruit other teams in the Southeastern Conference.
Moorhead, on the other hand, has assembled a staff that is known for recruiting. In the process, he’s currently putting together a phenomenal 2019 recruiting class that should be able to compete with the SEC’s best.
Right now, the Mississippi State class for 2019 has 16 commitments. It is the 11th ranked class in the country and is the 4th best in the SEC. Joe Moorhead and his coaching staff certainly know what they’re doing and how to recruit at a high level here at Mississippi State.
If the Bulldogs win at a high level, like many expect that they could this season, then it’s totally possible that those recruiting rankings will go up as more commitments come in. That’s something that will surely excite many Mississippi State football fans.
