Production vs Top-50 Defenses

  • Hurts (8 games): 207.3 YPG, 15 TDs, 4 INTs, 51.9%
  • Allen (5 games): 251.6 YPG, 8 TDs, 10 INTs, 54.2%
  • Fitzgerald (5 games): 211.6 YPG, 7 TDs, 4 INTs, 45.1%

Yeah, there’s a lot going on here.  Each “sub” is worth 0.25. Allen had the most yards and the best completion percentage while Hurts had the most touchdowns.  Hurts and Fitzgerald tied for the fewest interceptions.  This is one of those categories that people will pay the most attention to.  My takeaway? No one was particularly impressive (or even good).

Current Standings: Fitzgerald 3.75, Hurts 2.5, Allen 1.0

Production in SEC Games

  • Hurts (9 games): 284.1 YPG, 23 TDs, 8 INTs, 65.3%
  • Fitzgerald (8 games): 289.1 YPG, 22 TDs, 6 INTs, 54.1%

Allen (8 games): 273 F.4 YPG, 14 TDs, 10 INTs, 59.0%

Scoring is the same as in the last category.  Fitzgerald averaged the most yards and threw the fewest interceptions, but Hurts had the most touchdowns and, by far, the best completion percentage.

Current Standings: Fitzgerald 4.25, Hurts 3.0, Allen 1.0
